RE:RE:RE:RE:Processing Two OresI found had a similar hard time finding a successful Moly startup, some really big producers out there but starting new operations has proven difficult for a few companies.

One qualifier to your last point on profitability, the price of Molybdenum is 50-75% higher currently than the last 10 years. If the current pricing holds (or anywhere close to it) due to companies wanting to diversify away from their reliance on China then I would expect Moly to be highly profitable, especially for producers who have reduced costs thanks to mining other resources at the same time.
