I was informed that if NO Patent submission is reported in any of the patent databses, then there is NO Patent, NO Patent Pending, and in turn there is NO clock. It's open access to all and everyone as there is NO protection.

SMH how deep the rabbit hole of this Co can go.

just unbelieveable! Feel shame for buying in kinda blind. Should have done this research upfront and educated myself.
