Who knows.

I thought the cheap paper was behind us when I started buying in back at 6.5 cents, some clarifiaction of business strategy moving forward is much needed here - monthly shareholder updates would address this without the cost involved in NR`s and would go a long way to establishing trust.

The last reverse split destroyed a lot iof value for share holders and with the law suit hanging over the company, if the allegations are proven to be correct they sure won`t instill the needed confidence to move the company forward in a positive manner.

That being said, with recent changes in management the company has distanced itself from the previous administration who stand at the center of "the allegations"

Is this a good time to load up - well lets hear about a plan, lets hear about revenue streams, lets hear about whether or not they can afford to keep the lights on and stay ahead of any financial obligations without continuing to print paper.

Lets hear about something other than failure.

High risk here but substantial $$$ can be made if you pick the right penny stock - just need to see what`s behind curtain #1
