New Nif.Un target Price: $32.86 USD

New Nif.Un target Price: $32.86 USDBoliden released their Q2 results today and included in various other interesting data points, they disclosed that the cost of their Odda smelter expansion, which they say is  going now cost 850M Usd instead of their 700M previous estimate.  Apparently, there might be some inflation problems going on...So this 850M is to add 150K per year of Zinc smelter capacity.
The Boliden and the NIF smelters are very comparible, since they both enjoy access to very cheap hydro electric power, and other than that, there does not seem to be any big difference between  the two facilitiies.
So if Boliden think it is worth 850M to expand zinc capacitity by 150000 tonnes, then it must mean that the 290000 tonne nif.un smelter capacity m must be worth 1.64B, and then divided by 50M shares, well that would be around about $32.86 USD per share.  But Ok, if you want to sell your shares for $1.24,  CAD then please do so.
