RE:Collusive Shorting by Management

RE:Collusive Shorting by ManagementTheir explanation on the 12th should be interesting/amusing, and I guess telling of what the plan is ... I could be an optimist and hope they have a handful of aces up their sleeve, announcing an acquisition, dividend, and ongoing buybacks.  Ah jeez, who am I kidding !!!

At this point a special divvy, regardless of taxation, would be appreciated.  I mean, would the stock actually go down after the payment?

I have still not received a response from several emails to IR.

The short positive has not decreased for several months and the latest increase occurred in the two weeks leading up to  $6 per share boost in the cash position.

This makes no sense whatever , if you are shorting a stock, as that is usually based on deteriorating fundamentals.

Shorts are not that stupid.
Through naked shorting and Wolfpack wash trading, they can make a stock tread water for a long time.

Which is very convenient for management for a variety of reasons, such as buying back stock at lower prices if there is an unstated future ulterior objective.

Such manipulative trading practises need to be brought to the attention of the exchange authorities.
It should only take a quick analyses of trade station data to confirm such a practise.

Interestingly, there was a 681,000 intrahouse cross by RBC today.
Perhaps the snakes may have sniffed danger
