Its helium reservoir at Steveville is carried primarily with nitrogen. Nitrogen is not a greenhouse gas (GHG) and therefore have a low GHG footprint when compared to plants in other jurisdictions that rely on large scale natural gas production for helium extraction.

Plan of agreement for RHC IHC acquisition closesIt’s official: RHC will acquire IHC with announcement of the closing of the plan of arrangement. Earlier in July, IHC shareholders voted overwhelmingly (87%) in favor of the acquisition. With this, RHC will acquire assets including Steveville, a 24,635 ha, near commercialized, proven low risk helium asset with 3 wells planned.
