RE:Just received my UEX Voting packages Thanks for telling how you are voting! I am of a like mind and really wanted to no how everyone else was thinking. The thing that worries is the price drop after we vote no. I don't think we have enough votes to stop though.

The other thing I noticed was that they started talks for the deal in December, that means whoever noted on the discussion board about the "insider trading" was right. I number of management and board members sold in both December and January. They had to have known.
