When they replaced Zhuzhou plant, similar in size to NIF, they did it for about 800 MUSD back in 2019. So that is what it roughly costs to build a plant from the ground up.

I have always argued that the plant is at least 50 % of replacement cost. Mr Market has argued the plant is worthless as China owns the market. Their opinion is winning for now.

I just want them to start paying a decent dividend again. Off the top of my head figures, they should be pulling in between 25 to 50 M$ per Q.

In my world, this should be a 10 bagger, but easily a 5 bagger. Now that we are seeing that electricity prices have been artificially low in most markets, its time for NIF to shine.
