New Board Members- Andrew Weaver & Darcy JankoAnyone that thinks we can get rid of an entire Board is not thinking clearly. So, I want to suggest we vote withhold any support for Victor Eng and replace him with Andrew Weaver. I would also suggest we withhold our support for Erik Tornquist and replace him with Darcy Janko.
Eng has no qualifications for being on a mining company board. His background is forestry. Tornquist has the worst relationship with LPN. Forget about replacing John. It will never happen. So, the best we can hope for is to have a couple of qualified individuals who might be able to influence the other Board members. Both Weaver and Janko are very familiar with this mine. Both are highly qualified. But, this needs to be done immediately. If you already sent your proxy in, talk to Ruth and inform her you wish to change your proxy. And please, be polite on the phone. It is my understanding you can fill out the proxy form online.
I hope all of you will consider this. This might be futile, but it's the last chance to right the ship.
