RE:tuesday......i believe se should see substantial improvement in the treatment charges in q2; the full effect eill be in q3. 

tc charges really moved up in april of this year with the new rates negotiated between korea zinc and teck. those gains shoukd be represented in q2. 

the value of the plant has increased signifigantly in my mind. inflTion makes it more expensive to build kne from the ground up, but not too many places are racing to build a new plant either given power costs worldwide. 

this company has been a trainwreck for SO long, it might take a couple of wuarter fkr people to believe what they are seeing.
