The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Delta 9 Bio-Tech Inc., is a licensed producer of medical and recreational cannabis products and operates a 95,000-square-foot Health Canada licensed production facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. It also owns and operates a chain of retail stores under the Delta 9 Cannabis Store brand. It is focused on producing and selling cannabis oils, extracts, and derivative products.

Q2 release?

Expect the Q2 release by mid August. Hopefully not delayed by the court case Uncle Sam Manitoba vs Delta 9 and Uncle Sam's Alberta former owner. Court case was adjourned last week so Alberta's former owner has more time to submit evidence. No date set.

Having said that a 20 million quarter or close to that number is quite possible.
