So, let me ask you, since you think Rai is "too rich" or too successfull to be dirty, what is the average selling price of a buildable lot in Aurora, lets say about 1/4 or 1/3 rd of an acre? Can you go on a RE website and find some data?
I am guessing that a lot in Aurora in a nice neighborhood like Highland Gate is worth at least $250,000 and as much as 400K to $500K Can.
A serviced lot in Aurora can easily go for $18k-$20k per linear foot. A 50ft serviced lot would easily be around $1m.
I have seen raw industrial land sell for $2.5m per acre in areas less prestigious than Aurora. For instance, Prologis purchased 198 acres in Bolton for $500m. My guess would be that residential land in a desirable location would be around $1.5m/acre but certainly higher than $1m/acre.
The price for land in the gta is absolutely insane.
