Lounge = strip club
Security Guard at strip club = bouncer
I don't know that they wern't armed as guns don't automatically pull themselves out and fire back or perceive a possible threat and fire first which is why they are and would have been useless in this situation. I hope they weren't armed as arming strip club bouncers is tantamount to arming people that were rejected by law enforcement and security guard companies.
You put all of this together with after legal operating hours for bars in Ontario and you again have private party gone wrong.
I am also not quite sure there were any good guys at this point.
