Sixth Wave Innovations Inc. is a Canada-based nanotechnology company with patented technologies. The Company is focused on the extraction and detection of target substances at the molecular level using specialized molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs). The Company’s product brands include AMIPs, IXOS and Affinity. The IXOS is a line of extraction polymers formulated for deployment in the gold mining industry. The Affinity system is using its MIPs, which are designed to capture and extract cannabinoids from filtered crude extracts without the use of traditional winterization and distillation. The Company’s patent portfolio covers extensions of the designs for extraction and purification of other critical metals including nickel, cobalt, rare earth elements, and platinum group metals. It also designs, develops and commercializes MIP solutions across a spectrum of industries.

RE:RE:I'd make a wild bet

RE:RE:I'd make a wild betBetween the December and January releases Sixth Wave seemed to suggest that the manufacturers and functional prototypes of the test were already in place with the only needed input being further sensitivity data.

The May release then suggests they succeeeded at acquiring more sensitivity data and that its performance at measuring the virus had measured up to their hopes.

The wording on the January release makes it hazy. It says, if it succeeds, which it was reported to in May, they will be "put in a position" (But is it one they can immediately take advantage of? Does cash, etc permit?), to begin preparations for, the clinical trials, in 60-90 days from that point.

This is why I said, even though I initially expected the test to be literally approved already by September, that I absolutely no longer can see this being even the wildest case. If they're just BEGINNING the preparations for the trials, the trials themselves will take months.

We could not see the test until next spring.
