If I were him and not even tried to prop it up a bit before this 80% drop, I would resign. He seriously cannot be sitting here for the board fees? They are HUGE for a company this size, they should be clipped by a good 75% including halving the size, but for a guy that pulled so much wealth out of the MJ gamble, these fees are nothing. Time for the two chairs to step up or step away. What this company has done in such a short period of time since the IPO is pretty embarrassing I would say. I am a buyer at a penny, simply to lower my BE spectacularly from 20++ cents, when this thing was supposed to be going places.
