Shorts have won, Peter is waiving the white flagPeter is waiving the white flag by:

1- Not paying shareholders dividends. 
2- Pyro is paying the CEO Millions in compensation yet other shareholders cant receive dividends... 
3- Selling a lot of stocks on a daily basis
4-No significant news or contracts and nothing seems in sight for the new future.
5-Not really processing the backlog and generating receivables yet about doubled the staff. 

All this being said, why in the world would the stock not tank in the next 2 weeks? Makes me wonder, what are they doing other than burning money!??!
