Dividend payout?

If PODA is pay ordinary shareholders dividend of $0.41 per share, can somebody clarify the following for me:
1. Will way tax on the dividend or not. If we are pay tax, how about the expenses for buying those shares.
2. After dividend payout, do we still hold those shares we bought under PODA in Idle lifestyle Inc or not?
