i am also starting to agree that somehow this is a scam.   they have zero interest in their stock ever trading again, and have been stalling for years.  my guess is that due to some fraudulent activities in the past,  they know that they wont be able to get their accounting audits past the regulator.  so they are just operating as long as they can,  paying themselves massive salaries behind the scenes until eventually it comes crashing down.   for all we know the management has gotten massive pay raises, since we havent seen financials in years.   as usual i hope im wrong,  I have a lot of cash tied up here.   but nothing they've said this entire time has held any water,  so that's a big enough red flag for me.
