- Such as Indigenous opposition  that may stonewall the whole project vs Selby's past (Dumont) and current work on Cawford bringing them on board as partners from day one.

This begs the question that has not been answered. If Dumont was so good, so close to infrastructure and shovel ready, why did BHP And Wyloo duke it out over Noront with only 10 years of reserves, in the middle of nowhere, trouble with the indians, etc, when they could have just scooped up Dumont with 40 years of reserves?
