I agree, every time the major revenue drivers are at high or in some cases record levels, they f--k it up with an operational disaster.  In the 2nd Q the lower production and resulting higher unit costs probably costthe company close to $20 million in lost adjusted EBITDA.  If this was a normal company without a controlling shareholder (Glencore) who do not give a sh-t about Noranda's profitability, because they milk the company in many other ways which most of you are familiar with, heads would be rolling.  There is no plausible excuse for not being prepared for the labour shortage due to Covid, which has been with us for two years plus.  

a very frustrated significant shareholder.  

Very sad state of affairs.
