RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Expediting what? Is this a joke? The company is expediating the number of vehicles they are intially getting out on the road. It still sounds like the total will still be 20 vehicles, but the more vehicles you can get on the road at an earlier date means they can start generating more revenue.
I don't expect them to add anymore then 20 at this time until they see how these initial 20 work out. It's still very early in the EV car sector, but I can certainly see demand pick up more and more for the service as more EV cars get added to the roads. They may also wait and see where to deploy the next batch. Maybe the next batch is set for Ontario, but all of a sudden demand picks up in BC and they need to deploy them there. Or they make due in BC with what's there and they get that next batch out to Toronto so they can see where demand is the highest. And if Ontario has a higher demand, they move a few trucks from BC out to Ontario. We'll see how this rolls out as time goes on. The potential for this service is certainly there, as awareness grows and the number of EV's grow, even if it doesn't show it initially.
dirtydzn wrote: The launch is still in September lmao what can't you comprehend? With the novels you write on here, you'd think you'd have a better grasp of the English language. Expedite: make (an action or process) happen sooner or be accomplished more quickly. Previous NR September. This NR September. That is not sooner or more quickly.
Investor10X wrote: Like you said, "what were they going to lauch? 1 or 20?" Since we knew the timeline was over a six month period between September to March, we could have easily assumed it wasn't going to be all 20. But we had no idea how many of those 20 would be launched and when. Now we know, 8 of them will be launch in September, that's almost half the initial fleet in the very first month. I certainly wasn't expecting that and according to the news release, I don't think they were initially expecting to launch that many either. So, yes, it absolutely does sounds like they are expediating the launch as it is stated in the news release.
dirtydzn wrote: It has more detail, yes. However, they certainly aren't expediting anything if it's still launching in September, are they?
Investor10X wrote: A bunch of you guys complain about the lack of detail in the news releases and then when they clarify it with more specifics, it's now considered a joke by you? I don't understand you guys. You even say it in your post - "What were they going to launch before? 1 or the 20?"
Well, now you just got more specifics, they are beginning the launch with 8, in BC in September. You have a number, a place and a time. Before this news release, as you pointed out in a previous NR, we only had some general information. Starting in September to March they would release 20. We had no idea where yet, or when exactly throughout that 5 month period how many vehicles would be up and running during what months. Now you just got your question answered and you're upset.
So if this more detailed news release has triggered you, then you better brace yourself for more triggering news releases since this company seems to be expanding more rapidly then expected and so you can probably expect a future news release where there will again provide more details with specific times, numbers and places in order to update their shareholders. As the company knows more details and timelines, they will let us in on that information. At least, if you need medical help for the PTSD you seemed to have just suffered, DM can provide it to you for each news release if you currently live in the Vancouver area through their Medi-Call app.
Come on guys these little tantrums are getting ridiculous, especially when the company just provides a news release that addresses the concern you guys had your previous tantrum over.
dirtydzn wrote: Do they forget their own NR? They were going to launch 20 from September to March. So now they're launching 8 in September... What were they going to launch before? 1 or the 20? I have faith in DM but this is becoming a joke.
