Isn't it amazing the things you can do when you are DEBT FREE. Congrats to Tourmaline and their shareholders.
They aren't debt free but no net debt. And they've been paying dividends even while carrying debt but it is obvious they could.
This one is like a nightmare and when I can get out I will. scratches for pennies then drops dimes in a heartbeat. My own view is the won't be paying a spectacular dividend here even when they are free of banks. I'd have been seeking other lenders in this environment to be free of restrictions. As you pointed out in a previous post, it is a good thing banks are forcing discipline, agreed. But sad that they had to do such a thing in the first place when that's what nice salaries and cheap options are supposed to be for.
