You state,

"
taking San Pedro into bankruptcy, removing the US22.2 million 'provision' from Excellon's books and replacing it with a $1.5 million loss( San Pedro book value) and the problem goes away."

I wonder how long this (Sam Pedro bankruptcy)  will take, Q3 when the mine is shut down ?

I say cut and run as Sam Pedro is just a subsidiary, not worth $23 mill !
