I hope the Trial does go to completion. Why? With Tigris "exceeding expectations", then the AB stands to increase with each patient admitted to the Trial. That is because the Euphrates subgroup of 10-11% has to be blended into the final tally. Theoretically the overall AB would reach its maximum at Trial completion as long as Tigris was "exceeding expectations".
That does not mean I think that it will take the FDA that long (sometime in 2023) to approve it, nor does it mean that a savvy acquirer won't outlay for the Rights well before completion. In fact , and increasing AB over time, might incentivize them to offer more sooner, knowing in which direction the results will be drifting, by the time that the statisticians have crunched the final numbers.
