RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:New Press Release.....The mortgage registration was from the July 5th news release. I expect it is just the jurisdictional registration of the security offered to kfw by Almonty for your the loan.

Since the loan is from outside South Korea and the security is located within South Korea I had figured this was just a standard loan registration process in Korea.

I see no significance any more, the paperwork was done in a couple weeks, it was completed and now the loan is all done and being used.
