Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is leveraging its hydrogen sulfide (H2S) platform to develop therapies to target inflammation arising from a range of medical conditions. The Company’s pipeline includes assets that seek to overcome the gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Its lead drug, otenaproxesul, is in clinical development as an alternative to opioids and NSAIDs for acute pain. Its second pipeline drug, ATB-352, is being developed for a specialized pain indication. The Company also focuses on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Otenaproxesul combines a moiety that releases hydrogen sulfide with naproxen, a non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drug. ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is pleased to announce that they have entered into a LOI with Stockhouse poster Duster340 (better known as Dumpster, Dustpan, Asshat, and CzechCashing) to provide "colour commentary" on ATE stock price movements and analytics.  Dumpster's posts will include valuable insights like:

  • Number of sequential days ATE's stock price has closed at the same price.
  • Confirmation that Dumpster has bought or sold ATE stock including fill prices and number of shares transacted.
  • Youtube memes that reflect ATE price movements or trading volume.
  • Prognostications on share price movement with no supporting market data or analysis.
  • Outdated and irrelevant market analysis.
  • And much more content to be announced at a future date.
Analysts at Paradigm, Echelon Wealth Partners and Brookline Capital Markets questioned management's decision citing the fact that 90% of Stockhouse members have Dumpster on ignore which will ultimately negate any value in this investor information initiative.  Financial details were not released but anonymous market insiders with knowledge of the LOI mentioned McDonalds gift cards as the most likey form of compensation.
