Re- Domicile rally? I think the reason we rallied today is because Cristiano V no longer has to pay taxes if he excercises his vesting options. So he can now exercise and own outright and only have to pay taxes when he actually sells stock. Essentially he is not forced to sell stock to pay immediate taxes owed (when he excercises stock options) as per UK tax law. Although CV Increased his % holdings he was forced to sell share to cover the immediate tax burden as per UK laws.
