RE:Re- Domicile rally? No idea of UK stock option law but I understand that under Singapore law the company is now allowed to pay dividends from intra year profits even though it has 'losses' on its' ballance sheet; something that is not allowed in the UK.
This might help CV with his personal cash flow as he takes his options and releases blocks on the Nasdaq/NYSE in order to secure the listing (remember, he has historically not taken a 'cash' salary and been paid in shares and we should be thankful that we only have circa 55m shares in issue because of that)...... we might find that there is a shed load of energy behind this stock when we have details of Q2 numbers, Plant 2.1/2.2 comissioning, revised sales guidance, Plant 3 plans (and Plant 4) , acceptance onto a NY exchange.......... plenty of tailwinds.
