Alternate Symbol(s):  PEYUF

Peyto Exploration & Development Corp. is a Canadian energy company involved in the development and production of natural gas, oil and natural gas liquids in Alberta's deep basin. The Alberta Deep Basin is a geologic setting situated on the northeastern front of the Rocky Mountain belt in the deepest part of the Alberta sedimentary basin. It acquired Repsol Canada Energy Partnership (Repsol Assets), which included around 23,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day of low-decline production and 455,000 net acres of mineral land. The acquisition includes five operated natural gas plants with combined net natural gas processing capacity of around 400 million cubic feet per day, 2,200 kilometers (km) of operated pipelines, and a 12 MW cogeneration power plant. These assets include Edson Gas Plant and the Central Foothills Gas Gathering System. The Company has a total proved plus probable reserves of approximately 7.8 trillion cubic feet equivalent (1.3 billion barrels of oil equivalent).

RE:RE:RE:RE:An upside down viewpoint

RE:RE:RE:RE:An upside down viewpointMy comments were about Pilmer.and he has too many far flung ideas to waste time on all of them..

It was much easier to point out that the man cannot even garner respect in his acreddited field of geology nevermind in his unacredited sideline of climatology.

Here he is being discredited at both:

Volcanoes and CO2[edit]

Plimer has said that volcanic eruptions release more carbon dioxide (CO2) than human activity; in particular that submarine volcanoes emit large amounts of CO2 and that the influence of the gases from these volcanoes on the Earth's climate is under-represented in climate models.[48][49][50] The United States Geological Survey has calculated that human emissions of CO2 are about 130 times larger than volcanic emissions, including submarine emissions.[51][52][53] The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) stated that Plimer's claim "has no factual basis."[54] This was confirmed in a 2011 survey published in the Eos journal of the American Geophysical Union, which found that anthropogenic emissions of CO2 are 135 times larger than those from all volcanoes on Earth.[55]

I
started to watch the video.  It was condescending to say the least. He lost me at,"Demonic Social Media".

I wasn't sure that I should continue viewing him on the demonic platform on which he was appearing..

I am however sure that he is not a moderate and views the replacing of coal with natural gas as another evil
as he is the unbiased director of Queensland Coal Investments.. I am sure that it is clean coal.

I am never surprised by the amount of responses I get by people that have me on ignore.  It is a flawed
control and they just can't help themselves.

Any way the world is embracing natural gas as a clean bridge fuel and its their view that seems to
matter at the moment as it has peaked global demand for the cleanist of fossil fuels like no other time
in history.

I am happy that Peyto can be there to help provide it at the best ESG levels in the industry.

As to Mr. Plimer , he is but one of many skeptics.and I have, posted his video here merely to get comments on his conclusions . Anyone who wishes to ignore me is more than welcome to do so.
In fact there was a time that I was forced to leave Stockhouse since they had revealed my identity to a third party. Guess who was one of the first posters to want me back !!
BTW science is not a popularity contest , politics is . Watch the video !!
