Normal people could care less whether the CPP was built in Canada or the US, as long as the full scale plant is built in the US, specifically Ohio!  You kids are trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill!  The US and Canada are partners in developing and building industries which will help both courtries! 
Down the road, after they build the plant in Ohio and other states, what if they build a plant in Canada?  Are you going to cry fowl again?  It's childish how you all are so upset the CPP was built just across the border in Canada and not in the US.  The technology was created in Canada but they have always said they were going to build their big commercial plant in the US!  They have even taken on the task of relocating their headquarters to the US, became Deleware corporation here in the US, and have aquired land in Ohio, US. 
Maybe you all are Canadians and don't want to see the company leave, but their best opportunity for success is to be located in the US, with plants in the US, supplying companies in the US.
