What f'ing idiot agreed to this deal with Sorbie? Due to the low share price it sounds like the co. has received zero proceeds from the monthly escrowed releases and Sorbie has received over 500,000 shares per month for free.

Each one cent difference between the VWAP and the benchmark price results in a $28,409 per month premium or discount to the amount to be received by the Company for the swap at settlement.
