RE:RE:CONSOLIDATION ?

RE:RE:CONSOLIDATION ?Yes it is pretty much a fact that consolidations result in a couple of years of grief for us shareholders. Only one that worked out for the better for me was EFR - when DML spun out EFR. EFR pretty much immediately consolidated and if I recall correctly it was a 50:1. I did get out with a gain after that one, prices actually rose a bit after the split and then dropped along with the U spot - etc.

My guess is that after the take over, we will be re-organized and issued "new" shares at least 10:1 is my guess. So the new Denison will open around + $10 per share cdn maybe close to $15. and then the price will erode over the years until ( options and share issues ) Phoenix is up and running. Thinking we will see a drop in the SP next week, we being the acquirers - was wondering about the weakness on last Friday, some with an in likely took profits.

Personally, my belief is that I would have liked to see Phoenix generating cash then go on the acquisiton search. This kind of a distraction from the primary goal - worrisome and why now is a question I hope Cates answers.. But, leadership has been effective at leading in the past so likely things will eventually work out for the better. U ex corp does have decent projects/deposits.
