RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:This Would be Ideal - HC recommends deregulating edible CBD

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:This Would be Ideal - HC recommends deregulating edible CBDAgain, time is on our side. Our progress is arguably no longer waiting for a regulatory approval like other cannabis competitors. It's all open for us.

Still, as regards regulatory and tax changes, this does not depends on Health Canada anymore. More like Industry Canada. HC said what they had to say: they are not against enlarging the market. Now IC can take over. That should be different.

Initially, the cannabis matter was about pleasing a bunch of hip smokers. It's a miracle it went through. Now, nice money (retail sales, agro-business, research, exportation, university programs) and thousands of jobs are at stake. Moreover, provinces are on the first line of what is basically a federal jurisdiction. They deal with the problems we see on a daily basis. Be sure that provinces won't refrain from pushing Ottawa for action. Each province wants a piece of it. If one does not like pot on the street, it might like the agro-business or pharmatical side of it. No one can put the genie back in the bottle.
