I'm confused

I'm confused I'm confused, on one hand Tony08 states 'nobody knows for sure when a stock is going up or down'. Better yet, Gann999 states 'Nobody knows when the market will turn. Could be years or when xebec will hit new ATH, BUT WE WILL SEE IT AGAIN!'. Is this what they call being in a state of Positive Projection Dimension. Any courses available on YouTube. Tx.
