RE:RE:Almonty Doubled Their Value! My read on the statement was Lewis is trying to explain the value of the moly project by comparing it to the more thoroughly understood tungsten project as an easy way to help people understand the value of the moly project.
Almonty of course has a strong understanding of the value of the tungsten project and KFW has also spent much time putting a value on the tungsten project as part of the loan application and review process.
As for what the value is, I don't think it really matters what your starting point is as long as people see it as doubling. For example, if people think the share price is a fair reflection of the current value of the Sandong tungsten project, then yes Lewis is saying that the share price should be double the current. If on the other hand someone thinks the current share price is not reflective of the value of the Sandong tungsten project and a more reflective price would be say $2.00 per share, then adding the Moly resource puts the price at $4.00.
I think the point is that it doubles the value, whatever someone's assessment of the value was before the Moly announcement.
As for the stock split, I don't understand how that would assist an institutional investor build a position as it doesn't free up any additional shares. For an institutional investor to build a position I would say it is more likely Almonty does a capital raise as part of the Moly project build.
