fortunately Henry i cound a goldstar renter for my Rec property on the west coast....i will take the $2375 per month for next year.....or two...my guess its a 3 year bear market in real estate....I have a friend who owned a radio station in Russia....St Pertesburgh Russia....he sold out last year....How friggin lucky was he.....oh yeah....he says a 1/2 hour drive out of main cities the roads are dirt roads and people all have 2 jobs and work 15 hours a day so they dont starve,.....he also travels to China on business....Says 25% of condo apartments are empty...China is hurting and they are not helping themselves backing up Russia.....
