RE:RE:RE:RE:Almonty Doubled Their Value!@Ujfalusi
  • The two easiest ways to increase capital are:    1) By Debt   or   2) By Equity

  • Raising Capital By Debt:  Almonty will be a profitable company. Why would we raise capital in this manner if we have the means to fund projects?  LB stated in the UK Virtual Investor Presentation that all future growth will be funded internally...i.e. no more borrowing. Also raising capital in this manner diverts profits away from shareholders. Why would be divert profits to debtors instead of shareholders?

  • Raising Capital by Equity:  This manner only dilutes the value of ownership for every shareholder today, including Plansee, LB and partners, Deutsche Rohstoff, Korea Zinc, etc.  Furthermore, this method reduces the height a share price can achieve, and reduces the amount of profits distributed per share.  If this was the way to go, LB would have sold shares to raise capital instead of going to KfW. This is a guaranteed manner for LB to loose his job.

  • Depending how the capital raise above is used will determine whether the share price will go up or down.
  • The only way to perserve current shareholder wealth, release the hidden value of a stock, and increase the daily trade float, is through a stock split.
