Share count for informal LABS shareholder / activist groupI can easily account for 10 to 15 million shares amongst people I know so I am taking on LABS as a pet project into 2023 using MicroCap.com to see if shareholder value can be rebuilt - or we go down in a ball of flames. I continue to be a fan of the Medipharm business model but we need this new CEO to get the burn under control. His decision to sell Australia was a positive turning point for me as he is clearly taking "fiscal responsibility" seriously.
It has been helpful in the past to know how many shares a small retail shareholder group has control over (assuming it is half realistic) as this gives a person a voice with the CEO or board.

Then we know going forward how big a voice we have. If you are part of a LABS shareholder group elsewhere, also private message me and I will add any useful numbers into the total. Shareholder activist groups can be extremely beneficial and influential so we will see if enough numbers are floating around to make one "relevant".
