I have already posted and addressed the issue and again while you may be right a PP before A Catalyst ADDS MORE DILUTION thus detrimental to the float and poor optics for shareholders . Logic would think we get some big news then do a raise at a much higher sp thus LESS Dilution but again as previously posted stranger things have happened here. With $2.6 million in warrants and such just sitting there I would much prefer some news that propels our share price into the .20s+++ and get the presently required cash from there than a PP at any price till we get things on solid ground and running.. any PP at this point or before RR would not be good for anyone. JMO GLTA invested
