RE:Our problem is MANAGEMENT and it’s MISMANAGEMENT.

RE:Our problem is MANAGEMENT and it’s MISMANAGEMENT.Up2005, Call, phone your politicians. Especially ones who have already publicly expressed greviances with Wall Street etc, because they are the ones who will bring it to public discourse. Say you want mandatory Say on Pay laws in Canada and send them real world examples.

There are many companies full of management that line their pockets like crazy and essentially mantain a facade of some semblance of operation or accomplishment, constantly moving goalposts, announcing things that go nowhere, occasionally hiring someone from a famous company for some vaguely defined role, etc, all on shareholder dime. I don't have enough fingers to count how many of these I see on the Canadian markets every month. Hence my earlier comment that either going short or using options are really the only reasonable way to take positions in them.
