RE:DOE SPR sales. Board need your helpThe May 24 DOE notice had "plans to deliver SPR sweet crude oil from June 21 until June 30 and SPR sour crude oil from July 1 until August 15."

What you reference above has awards ending July 31. It appears the plan was to issue SPR to August 15th, but then contracts were only awarded until July 31st, with the next contracts starting Aug 16th.

It is odd, but I agree it looks like no SPR from Aug 1 to 15. I will not be surprised if there are releases over the next two weeks as the DOE is opaque at best.
