It raises a number of questions, however, for the partners, and AOI in particular.  They talk only about a sale of some/all of Tullow's stake, but can we assume the same deal for all three partners ?  Tullow is too close to AOI and TOTAL for anything else.

Cash to Tullow does not solve any development finance issues, unless it is pledged back for development costs.

Then again, the price would reflect all consideration, including the value of any built in carry.

Whatever the deal, hopefully it leads to development and production, and some cash.  Wait and See - been doing that for many years.
