Looks like without a SEC filing on Ohio for funding on multi levels, Ohio is NOT happening.  This is not bashing but FACTS.  For the defend at all costs members on Ohio, where is the filing to proceed?  What we have been saying for months and months is there is no Ohio.  And now we 100% know for sure.  This was all a pump and dump tool.  Cannot deny there is no filing as proof.  Sorry!  A competent team would have seen this if this was an actual plan.
