Its like watching people walk up in NYC and punch someone and then be let out 2 hours later and all is forgiven. You cant explain away not one SEC filing for Ohio, lack of funding to pay bills and employees, lack of certification, reverse stock split, no accounting firm, on and on and on. Im sorry but the facts are the facts and saying Ed Lee who makes $600K a year will somehow rush in and make this happen is another smoking mirror and falsehood. You are quite DELUSIONAL in your hopes. Follow the facts and filings vs your desire to succeed at all costs.
