RE:RE:RE:RE:MetalheadThis is where dollar cost averaging paid off. I have been putting the same $ amount into 6 mining names each week through the entire down turn....bought shares at the absolute lows so I'm looking pretty good now.  I should be green for the year shortly. Now the hard part...when to sell.  I'm not convinced that this is the start of the big move....I take the FED at their word that they will keep their boot on the neck of the economy and expect markets to hit new lows dragging everything lower again. Once things are solidly collapsing they will fold and try one last time to inflate a bubble...that's when gold will really shine. So I may do the reverse of dollar cost averaging and sell a bit into strength, raise more cash, pick up some more treasuries and back up the truck on the next leg lower.
