NOPE!! I WENT THROUGH THIS WITH AMK'S SPINOFF AT TD...... YOU GET A PRORATA SHARE AFTER THE BROKERAGE HOUSE GETS " SHARES/" DELIVERED FROM THE TOTAL ALLOCATED SHARES, 1BASED ON WHO KNOWS WHAT DATE...... TD IS TERRIBLE, I THINK THEY COULD POSSIBLY SCOOP SHARES FROM INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS, BUT CANNOT VERIFY or even find out!!!!! A LOT OF GAMES GET PLAYED!!!! Verify in writing what you will get, and when!!!!
