Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is leveraging its hydrogen sulfide (H2S) platform to develop therapies to target inflammation arising from a range of medical conditions. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

Interesting ... here is a study that shows a toe-to-toe comparison between Indomethacin and Naproxen, alone and in combination with Ketotifin (Asthma drug).

You can see why Indomethacin was chosen by ATE.

Add H2S to reduce gut blow-outs - then - likely add a superoxide scavenger to reduce ROS concerns. Easy to see where this might be going in the ATB-344 patent.
