JRL will continue to sue and launch legal pursuits in Chile until he is stopped. This is his way to raise money for himself and his lawyer. The number raised over the years is well in excess of $10.0 million, which has provided an ongoing livelyhood for the lawyers and JRL principally.
The shareholders have borne the loss. For some the loss is immense. Some have lost their retirement.
Meanwhile, JRL remains unpenalized and free to perpetrate his fraud IMO. He is a phsychopathic liar IMO who showed his true colors through 2015. He lied through omission...in order to keep the funding rolling to him.
STOP FUNDING HIM! There is no there, there!
If anything JRL should be charged with perpetuating an ongoing fraud against MWR and its shareholders. IMO he should be in jail.
