Is Private Placement open to the public investor?
Hi
I sent an email to TUD after the press release of the private placement. I did not receive a reply. Does anyone know whether this is open to the public, or do they already have someone taking the whole pp. It does say they can increase the pp total,which would impy it open to the public...but why no return of email enquiry.
I mean i am just a lonely shareholder
