RE:Issue of incentive stock options

RE:Issue of incentive stock options

Yes, I agree 5.5 million at $0.87 is significant. Pretty good deal for Lewis considering he sold 10.5 million to the Plansee group for $1.06 back in early 2021 to secure the construction overrun guarantee.

I think Lewis is doing a good job of running Almonty's business; however share based compensation is supposed to be at least in part related to the share price which over the last year has not been good.

The following is from Almonty's compensation plan description:

"The Company’s executive compensation program is based on a pay-for-performance philosophy and is designed to deliver consistently strong performance for Shareholders."
"(c) motivating and rewarding executive officers and directors by linking incentive compensation to Shareholder value, the achievement of general business objectives, and financial and operational results."

Back when Lewis sold the shares my expectation was they would get a large chunk back to him somehow.

Lewis seems to want to have a significant portion of his wealth in Almonty. I see this as a positive, though I do think the scale warrants an update and explanation to shareholders.

oh well, hopefully with this out of the way Lewis will start marketing Almonty and get the share price moving a bit.
